Présence is a newly renovated glory from Hasselt. It is situated on the border of a forest and waterrich area, belonging to the well known domain of Bokrijk . Above that, it is located within a five minute drive from the city "Hasselt", as well from  the city  "Genk".

For people visiting the province of "Limburg", the location is ideal. Nature and culture can both be found in the nearby domain of "Bokrijk" and the  "Borggravevijvers". And all of that in an oasis of tranquility.

Be sure to visit Hasselt with it's traffic free city center and many happenings. And if you are a bike- or   walking lover, there are plenty routes available in the area.

We also have a cozy "brasserie", where it is easygoing to dine, and where each Sunday you can enjoy a tasteful brunch.

If you are more interested in a nice talk and a drink, you are invited at the bar with several of the finest Belgian beers. Of course we offer all foreign beers and drinks too.

Présence has 7 rooms and on top of that 2 suites, one with a  jacuzzi. All with necessary comfort  an tranquility.

Each room is equiped with a private bathroom, air-conditioning, intercom, free WiFi, big screen TV and a safe.

For parties or happenings, we have a large ballroom with a capacity of 120 people. There is also a  catering and a patisserie-bakery available, all in the same building.
